We are a fully insured cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. If something was not cleaned the way that you expected, let us know and we will do our best to put things right.

Before we arrive we suggest that you vacuum all areas to be cleaned. If need be, we will prevac before cleaning for an additional fee. This is important to not turn dirt into mud and then push it deeper into the fibers
We suggest you move all small items off the carpet ahead of time. We will clean around all large pieces of furniture unles

We suggest you move all small items off the carpet ahead of time. We will clean around all large pieces of furniture unless you specify that you want them moved during cleaning. Furniture moving can be done by us but is not part of our per room standard rate.
The following day is a great time to post vac your carpets. Fibers wick as they dry, so there can be residual dust particulates that you can't see sitting on the surface.
